Pet Waiver Form

Haliburton Forest & Wild Life Reserve Ltd. is a very pet-friendly environment, allowing pet-owners and their pets to travel together and enjoy HaliburtonForest in common. HaliburtonForest does not charge extra for any visiting pets. However the accommodation of pets is subject to its owner’s acceptance of the following conditions:

As a responsible pet owner, I agree to accept full responsibility for any and all damages and/or unusual degree of soiling caused by my pet during my stay at Haliburton Forest.

I understand that the costs for the repair of any damages or additional cleaning requirements (including labour) will be charged accordingly.

I acknowledge that any time my pet is in a public area, the pet must be under my direct control at all times. If I cannot control my pet, it needs to be leashed at all times.

I acknowledge that my pet, if left on its own and unattended inside any accommodation, must be securely locked inside its pet carrier/crate.

I acknowledge that I am responsible to clean up any of my pet’s feces outside.

I acknowledge that my pet will be kept off all furniture (including beds) at all times.

I acknowledge that barking, biting, and other harmful and nuisance behaviours will not be tolerated. In the event of any such problem, I may be asked to leave Haliburton Forest immediately and without refund of any fees paid.

I acknowledge that I hereby grant Haliburton Forest and Wild Life Reserve Ltd. permission to process my credit card for any costs related to any items referred to above.

Electronic Signature Consent
